At Jewello.pk, we strive to provide a smooth and efficient shopping experience. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping policy:

  • Shipping within Pakistan: We currently only ship within Pakistan. We use trusted shipping companiesto ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • Shipping Cost: The shipping fee is 250 PKR for all orders. We offer free shipping for orders over 1800 PKR.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery takes about 3-5 business daysdepending on your location.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.

Incomplete Addresses: Please ensure your address is complete with house number, block number, street name, and a nearby landmark. Incomplete addresses may cause delays and may result in order cancellation.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Jewello.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

Return & Exchange Eligibility: We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged, faulty, or if we sent the wrong item. Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Return & Exchange Process

  • To request a return or exchange, please contact usvia email, Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp within 7 days.
  • The item must be in its original condition, with tags attached and unused.
  • Customers are required to bear the 250 PKR return/exchange shipping fee

Faulty or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, Jewello.pk will bear the return shipping cost, and we will send you a replacement item.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your product (e.g., size or design), a return/exchange fee of 250 PKR will be applied for shipping.

Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled or changed within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, the order cannot be altered, and it must be accepted as is upon delivery.

Refunds: Refunds are only issued for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
