1.We prefer payments through Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, and EasyPaisafor orders within Pakistan.

2. Jewello.pk currently only ships within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping.

4. All orders are processed and shipped promptly. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. We use reliable shipping companiesfor our deliveries.

5. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, or if the wrong product was sent, Jewello.pk will be responsible for exchanging it. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. The return or exchange shipping fee is 250 PKR.

6. If you wish to exchangea product (e.g., size, design, etc.), a standard return/exchange fee of 250 PKR will apply.

7. Cancellation/Changes: You may cancel or changeyour order within 2 hours of submission. After this period, no changes or cancellations will be entertained, and the order must be received as it is.

8. Return Policy: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will accept returns within 7 days. The product must be in its original condition, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fee of 250 PKR.

9. Address Information: Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate address, including house number, block number, street name, and a nearby landmark. Incomplete addresses may result in order cancellation.

10. Every sale item or stock clearance item is final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
